  1. Sir Cliff Richard (born Harry Rodger Webb, , in Lucknow, India) moved as an 8-year-old to the UK, where it would be 10 more years before he and his group The Drifters emerged in the UK charts for the first time with 'Move It'. Cliff was heavily influenced by Elvis, imitating him shamelessly during the first couple of years of his career.
  2. This album is a great way to gather Cliff's most famous hits, I think the only disappointment was they left off the song Dancing Shoes: one of my favorites. 8. Bought this CD for two songs that I could not find elsewhere; Dancing Shoes (a favourite of mine) and "D" in Love. Neither of these were Billboard hits but were hits in Canada, thus the difficulty in finding them. Cliff was a much bigger star in the UK and Canada than in the US so it's nice to be able to listen to some of these memories once again/5(7).
