1. Countdown To Extinction is Megadeth's most popular album, but the majority of the songs are weak, and I consider this album like a set up for Youthanasia to come two years later. "Symphony Of Destruction" is reason enough to own the album, as well as "Ashes In Your Mouth", but the rest of the songs seem to fall flat, save a couple.

8. I've just recently bought the CD after reading reviews about bad sound quality/ remixes. Upon listening to the CD I immediately realized a difference in sound quality - it's most noticeable on the drums (the cymbals are clearer on Countdown to Extinction and the drum intro tone on Skin O' My Teeth sounds different)/5().
